Cancellation policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration, for example by a letter sent by post or an e-mail, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal via the online withdrawal function provided on our website. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal declaration, including the date and time of its receipt, on a durable medium, for example by e-mail.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the fourteen-day withdrawal period.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the original delivery costs up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods to us.

Voluntary extended right of return up to 30 days

Irrespective of the statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days, Ticket to the Moon voluntarily grants you an extended right of return of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

After the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, you can therefore return the goods within the remaining period up to the 30th day, provided that:

the goods are unused and undamaged,
the original labels are still attached to the goods,
the goods are returned completely and
it is not a custom-made or personalized product.

The voluntary right of return does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights.

For returns within the scope of the voluntary extended right of return, you bear the direct costs of the return, provided that the goods were delivered properly and free of defects. Please note that custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

We bear the costs of returning the goods (provision of return label by e-mail), provided that the product was not delivered in immaculate condition.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which can occur within the withdrawal period.

Connected/financed transactions

If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already flowed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for it.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
