Right of Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, where a "consumer" is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity:

A. Statutory Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

Notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement, such as a letter sent by mail or an email. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not required.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the online withdrawal feature provided on our website. If you use this online feature, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium—such as by email—a confirmation of receipt containing the text of your withdrawal notice, as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the original shipping costs up to the amount of the lowest-priced standard shipping option we offer. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to us.

Voluntary extended return policy of up to 30 days

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, Ticket to the Moon voluntarily grants you an extended return policy of 30 days from the date you receive the merchandise.

Once the statutory cancellation period has expired, you may return the merchandise within the remaining period up to the 30th day, provided that:

the merchandise is unused and undamaged,
the original tags are still attached to the merchandise,
the merchandise is returned in its entirety, and
the product is not custom-made or personalized.

The voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights.

For returns made under the voluntary extended return policy, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item, provided that the merchandise was delivered in good condition and free of defects . Please note that custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you—excluding shipping costs—without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

We will cover the cost of returning the merchandise (we will provide a return label via email) unless the product was delivered in perfect condition.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion or Premature Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer’s individual selection or specification is decisive for their manufacture, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the business has no control and that may occur within the withdrawal period.

Related-Party/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later rescind it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit. This is particularly likely to be the case if we are also your lender or if your lender relies on our involvement for the financing. If we have already received the loan by the time the rescission takes effect or upon return of the goods, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the rescission or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the purchase of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation to the greatest extent possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also rescind the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that agreement as well.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the merchandise. Please return the merchandise to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against damage during shipping by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the merchandise to us with shipping charges unpaid.
3) Please note that the provisions in sections 1–2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
