Yes—our hammocks are breathable. We use high-quality parachute nylon that allows air to circulate and feels comfortable even in warm temperatures.
At the same time, nylon is lightweight, quick-drying, and very durable—ideal for outdoor use, travel, and changing conditions.

Cotton feels slightly softer, but it requires more care and is less suitable for damp conditions or frequent storage.

For use on the go and outdoors, we definitely recommend nylon.

Spacer poles make hammocks less stable and increase the risk of tipping—plus, they add extra weight.
Thanks to the generous length of our hammocks—over three meters—poles are simply not necessary with Ticket to the Moon.

Orders placed on eu.ticketothemoon.com are shipped from our warehouse in Germany . This means there are no customs fees within the EU.

Yes. All of our products are covered by a two-year statutory warranty.

In addition, we offer a voluntary 10-year manufacturer's warranty on our hammocks covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to hammocks made from our Lightest material.

Our warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials and workmanship. The following are not covered:

• UV damage, e .g., fading, brittle material resulting in cracks
• Damage caused by weather or accidents, such as strong winds, fire, heat, or animal claws/bites
• Improper use or care, such as:
  -hanging the hammocks toolow; contact with the ground or dragging on the ground can cause damage to the material
  - contact with sharp or pointed objects
  - exceeding the maximum weight capacity (depending on the model)
  - jumping, vigorous swinging, or use for purposes other than intended
• Normal wear and tear over time (i.e., wear and tear caused by age and use, which occurs naturally with regular use)

The ideal distance between two fixed points for our standard models is approximately 3–4 meters.

• The recommended seat height is about 40–50 cm above the floor.
  
• The hammock should hang loosely and not be stretched tight.
  

If the distance between the fixed points is greater, you can use one of our extensions to safely bridge the gap. For shorter distances, the suspension points should be set higher accordingly.

Yes. Hammocks don't have to be hung from trees—with our wall mount , you can securely attach your hammock to concrete, wood, or stone walls. The system is ideal for indoor use or for places where there are no natural attachment points .

Yes— for most models.
Our Compact, Original, and King Size hammocks are all 320 cm long and therefore fit perfectly on most standard stands that are around three meters long.

However, the shorter Mini hammock and the longer Honeymoon and Mammock do not fit in a standard frame.

For a short time, yes— but not long-term.
UV radiation causes colors to fade and can weaken the material over time.

We therefore recommend storing the hammock after each use (it takes less than a minute with the Express Bag ) or using a protective sleeve .

We recommend our Moon Straps. The wide webbing with multiple attachment loops distributes the load over a larger contact area on the tree trunk and can be quickly adjusted to different distances.

Here are a few simple tips to help ensure you enjoy your hammock for years to come:

• Avoid sharp or pointed objects
  
• Do not leave the hammock exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time
  
• Keep a safe distance from fire, embers, and cigarettes
  
• Make sure the hammock hangs at least 40 cm above the ground (“off the ground”)
  
• If possible, take off your shoes before you lie down
  

If you follow these guidelines, nothing will stand in the way of a long and relaxing hammock relationship.

All of our products can be machine-washed at 30 degrees (onthe gentle cycle) or hand-washed.
