Not included:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND ACTION
The Golden Ticket promotion runs from January 1st to December 31st, 2026.
Every online order of €50 or more automatically enters you into the prize draw.
The prices:
- Monthly: Every month we raffle off a €100 voucher for a custom design.
- The grand prize: One lucky winner will receive the "Grand Golden Ticket"—a travel allowance of up to €1,000 for a flight to Bali. This includes a visit to our Fair Trade production facility and an exclusive jungle camping trip with Bushcraft Bali.
No cash alternative. Valid only during the promotional period.

1. Organizer
The Golden Ticket competition is organized by:
– Ticket to the Moon GmbH, Vienna, Austria (for the EU shop)
– PT Ayunan Bulan International, Bali, Indonesia (for the Global Shop)
2. Eligibility
People aged 18 and over worldwide are eligible to participate.
Every order placed in the webshop with a value of €50 or more (or the equivalent value) automatically participates in the monthly prize draw.
3. Duration & Draw
The promotion runs from January 1st to December 31st, 2026.
From all qualifying orders placed each month, one winner will be randomly drawn. The draw will be conducted fairly and independently by Ticket to the Moon.
4th prize
Each month, one winner receives a voucher worth €100 for a personalized Ticket to the Moon product set, which can be redeemed at ticketothemoon.com.
The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
5. Notification
The winners will be notified by email in the following month at the address provided during the ordering process.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be determined.
6. Exclusion
Employees, partners and affiliated companies of Ticket to the Moon are excluded from participation.
7. Data protection
Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and notifying the winners.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Ticket to the Moon may present the personalized product (and optionally a photo of the winner) on the official websites, in newsletters and on social media channels.
Any publication that shows the image of a person will only be made with the express consent of the winner.
8. Other
The organizers reserve the right to change or terminate the promotion at any time should legal or technical reasons require it.
Legal recourse is excluded.
9. The “Grand Golden Ticket” – The Bali Trip
At the end of 2026, a worldwide grand prize winner will be drawn from all qualified orders placed by both webshops.
Including:
- Flight cost subsidy of up to €1,000 for a round-trip flight (economy) to Bali
- Visit to the Fair Trade factory of Ticket to the Moon
- Participation in an exclusive jungle camping trip with Ticket to the Moon and Bushcraft Bali
Conditions:
- The €1,000 is a travel allowance earmarked for specific purposes and may only be used for booking flights to Bali.
- Refunds will be issued upon submission of a valid flight booking invoice/receipt.
- The trip must be booked and the refund claimed within 12 months of receiving notification of the prize.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Accommodation, meals, local transport, personal equipment and other travel expenses are not included.
- Ticket to the Moon does not cover costs for medical care, travel insurance, vaccinations, visa fees or other personal administrative expenses.
- The winner must possess a valid passport and meet all legal entry requirements.
- The travel dates will be agreed upon by both the winner and Ticket to the Moon.
