TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Golden Ticket promotion runs from January 1st to December 31st, 2026.
Every online order of 50 € or more automatically participates in the draw.
The prizes:
- Monthly: Each month we raffle off a 100 € voucher for a custom design.
- The main prize: One lucky winner receives the "Grand Golden Ticket" – a travel allowance of up to 1,000 € for a flight to Bali. Including a visit to our fair trade production and an exclusive jungle camping trip with Bushcraft Bali.
No cash redemption possible. Valid only during the promotional period.

1. Organizer
The Golden Ticket prize draw is organized by:
– Ticket to the Moon GmbH, Vienna, Austria (for the EU shop)
– PT Ayunan Bulan International, Bali, Indonesia (for the Global shop)
2. Eligibility
Persons worldwide aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
Every order in the webshop with a value of €50 or more (or the corresponding equivalent) automatically takes part in the monthly prize draw.
3. Duration & Draw
The promotion runs from January 1st to December 31st, 2026.
One winner will be randomly selected from all qualified orders of the respective month. The draw will be conducted fairly and independently by Ticket to the Moon.
4. Prize
Each month, one winner will receive a voucher worth €100 for a personalized Ticket to the Moon product set, which can be redeemed at ticketothemoon.com.
The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be paid out in cash, and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
5. Notification
Winners will be notified by email in the following month at the address provided with the order.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be determined.
6. Exclusion
Employees, partners, and affiliated companies of Ticket to the Moon are excluded from participation.
7. Data Protection
Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and notifying the winners.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Ticket to the Moon may present the personalized product (and optionally a photo of the winner) on its official websites, in newsletters, and on social media channels.
Any publication showing an image of a person will only be made with the explicit consent of the winner.
8. Miscellaneous
The organizers reserve the right to change or terminate the promotion at any time if legal or technical reasons so require.
Legal recourse is excluded.
9. The "Grand Golden Ticket" – The Bali Trip
At the end of 2026, a global main winner will be drawn from all qualified orders from both webshops.
Included:
- Flight cost subsidy of up to €1,000 for a round-trip flight (Economy) to Bali
- Visit to the Ticket to the Moon Fair Trade manufactory
- Participation in an exclusive jungle camping trip with Ticket to the Moon and Bushcraft Bali
Conditions:
- The €1,000 is a dedicated travel subsidy that may only be used for booking flights to Bali.
- Reimbursement will be made upon submission of a valid flight booking invoice/receipt.
- The trip must be booked and the reimbursement claimed within 12 months of the winning notification.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Accommodation, meals, local transportation, personal equipment, and other travel expenses are not included.
- Ticket to the Moon does not cover costs for medical care, travel insurance, vaccinations, visa fees, or other personal administrative expenses.
- The winner must be in possession of a valid passport and meet all legal entry requirements.
- Travel dates will be agreed upon amicably between the winner and Ticket to the Moon.
