Should you discover a material or manufacturing defect in your product, please contact us or return it to your dealer. We will repair it, exchange it, or refund the purchase price.
What happens to a defective product?
It ends up in our repair workshop – where we sew and glue with dedication to extend its lifespan and protect the environment. Afterwards, it moves to our flea market section in the Vienna store as B-stock.
No more warranty? No problem!
We will still repair your favorite item – or, if you prefer, send you a repair kit for home.
If a repair is no longer possible, you have two options:

👉 Donate the fabric – we will send you a free return label.

Handle with care
With these simple tips, nothing stands in the way of a long and happy relationship with your hammock!
- Avoid sharp and pointed objects
- Keep away from fire, embers, and cigarettes
- Avoid prolonged sun exposure
- Ensure your hammock "swings off the ground" (> 40cm)
- Take off your shoes if possible
Care for your hammock – for long-lasting enjoyment and protection
Prolonged UV exposure can fade the colors of your hammock and damage the fabric over time. To counteract this, we recommend our cover, which allows you to leave your hammock outdoors longer without worry. In addition to our covers, we recommend Nikwax care products. They are not only dirt and odor repellent but also improve the durability of the fabric with regular use. With the code TTTM, you receive a 20% discount on all care and waterproofing products in the Nikwax online shop.
If your hammock gets dirty during your adventures, no problem! All our products can be machine or hand washed at 30 degrees (gentle cycle). Use a mild detergent and remember to remove hooks or carabiners before washing. For our Lightest hammocks and mosquito nets, we also recommend using a laundry bag. Afterward, you can simply hang the hammock outside to dry.

Give your favorite product a second life by repairing it or creating something completely new with our upcycling instructions. Local tailors can repair small holes in bags and straps.
REPAIR PATCHES
Small holes or burn marks can be repaired with our repair patches. We offer free patches at our headquarters in Vienna or are happy to arrange a remote diagnosis for you.
DO IT YOURSELF with IFIX.IT
With a little DIY skill, you can do many repairs yourself. If you enjoy sewing and repairing and want to save yourself the hassle of sending items in and unnecessary waiting times, try our "do-it-yourself" repair guides on iFixit.
