SCOPE OF DELIVERY & COMPONENTS:
• Main Arch Segments (4 pieces)
Large, curved wooden elements.
Where it goes:Two segments each are joined in the middle to form the two large main arches.
• Bases / Crossbeams (2 pieces)
Straight, shorter square timbers with vertical drill holes.
Where it goes:Lie flat on the ground and form the stable transverse base at both ends of the stand.
• Metal Sleeves (4 pieces)
Silver, smooth tubes without threads.
Where it goes:Are inserted vertically from above into the drill holes of the bases to stabilize the wood.
• Screws Type A - Long Smooth Middle (4 pieces)
Long bolts with a longer smooth middle section.
Where it goes:Foot area. Are pushed vertically upwards from below through the bases and the inserted metal sleeves.
• Screws Type B - Short Smooth Middle (4 pieces)
Long bolts with a shorter smooth middle section.
Where it goes:Middle of the stand. Are inserted horizontally through the overlapping wooden arches.
• Barrel Nuts (8 pieces)
Round, smooth screw heads with internal threads.
Where it goes:4 pieces secure the foot screws (Type A) from above. 4 pieces are used in the middle as protective end caps for the horizontal screws (Type B).
• Metal Plates (4 pieces)
Flat plates with two holes (2x with TTTM logo, 2x blank).
Where it goes:Are placed in the middle on the outside of the wood (place the plates with the logo outermost!).
• Washers (4 pieces)
Flat, classic metal rings.
Where it goes:Are placed in the middle on the thread of screw type B, directly in front of the hexagonal nuts.
• Hexagonal Nuts (4 pieces)
Classic, hexagonal standard nuts.
Where it goes:Are screwed onto the horizontal screws Type B in the middle and tightened with the wrench.
• Eye Bolts (2 pieces)
Screws with a closed eye (ring) at the head.
Where it goes:Are screwed into the wood at the very top of the two outer ends of the wooden arches.
• Ropes (2 pieces)
Robust, black rope loops with pre-tied knots.
Where it goes:Are hung into the eye bolts on the left and right. The hammock is attached here.
• Tool Set (2-piece)
1x wrench (17 mm) & 1x Allen key.
Where it goes:For tightening all nuts and barrel nuts during assembly.
